1. Returns Eligibility
We strive to ensure that every product you receive from Happy Packing meets the highest quality standards. However, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received a wrong or mismatched product.
- You received a different size from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide an unboxing video or image proof as evidence for the issue.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID, product image, and reason for return.
- Once your request is verified, we will guide you with the pickup or return shipping details.
- After we receive and inspect the product, a replacement will be sent to you for the correct item.
3. No Refunds Policy
Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances. Only replacement products will be issued in cases of approved returns.
4. No Order Cancellations
All orders placed through our website are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid.
5. Payment & Currency
All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) only. We accept all UPI payments and credit/debit cards through secure payment gateways.
6. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently deliver within India only. For international orders, kindly contact us directly before placing an order.
